While many spine conditions can be treated without surgery, some cases may require surgical evaluation. When appropriate, OrthoNC works closely with experienced spine surgeon, Dr. Phillip Horne, who practices on our campus to ensure patients have access to advanced surgical care.

Dr. Horne will evaluate and treat conditions such as degenerative spine disease, disc disorders, and complex neck and back conditions. If surgery is recommended, procedures may be performed at the OrthoNC Ambulatory Surgery Center for a convenient, coordinated care experience. Learn more.
