The Surgery Center is an outpatient facility built exclusively for specialized orthopedic surgeries and designed for patients whose surgeries do not require an overnight stay (patients typically stay 23 hours or less). Our goal is to help you recover quickly and achieve better results and health outcomes. Best of all, we’re located directly adjacent to our Raleigh physician’s office so you can get the complete pre- and post-operative care you need without having to travel great distances.

Yes, we accept all major insurances. We do not accept Medicaid plans. Additionally, we perform workers comp and self-pay surgeries! Ask us about this.
Prepping For Surgery
Preparing for surgery can be a very stressful time. The staff at the OrthoNC Surgery Center, are focused on your safety and care.
Once scheduled for surgery you can expect a phone call from one of the nurses to discuss current medications and past medical history to gather for anesthesia purposes and give an arrival time for surgery.
The Day Before Surgery
A nurse from the OrthoNC Surgery Center will call you with any changes in your arrival time.
The Day of Surgery
Typically, patients arrive 2 hours prior to surgery to ensure they are checked in and prepped for surgery without delays Our goal is to make your experience easy and hassle-free.
