By opting for the bundled pricing medical package, you acknowledge and agree that the cost of the services included in the package is your responsibility, and you will not seek reimbursement from any insurance provider. Additionally, the services rendered under this pricing arrangement are not subject to insurance contractual rates, and no claim will be filed on your behalf with any insurance company.

Can I get an itemized billing statement?
If a bundled package was purchased, we cannot itemize. By definition, a bundle is a set of services offered for one all-inclusive price. We can provide an invoice that lists the services included in the bundled rate.
What is included in the packages?
You can access each package detail by selecting from one of the options above: Office Visits, Procedures, Imaging, or Physical Therapy. From there, you will see a list of available packages. By clicking on a package, you will see a full description of what is included.
What if I need more Physical Therapy visits than I purchased?
Additional visits may be purchased at any time to meet the care plan needs.
Are there financing options?
Yes! We offer financing options to provide patients the ability to pay over time without having to wait for care.
Why do I need to pay upfront?
Paying upfront may feel unusual, but it ensures complete transparency about your costs and avoids surprise bills later. It also helps streamline our administrative process, allowing us to spend more time focusing on your care instead of paperowrk.
Can't I just pay when I arrive at the office?
We’ve found that settling payment ahead of time makes check-in faster and easier. When you arrive, everything is already taken care of so you can head straight to your appointment without worrying about billing or waiting at the front desk.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem! We understand plans can change. If you cancel, you’ll receive a 100% hassle-free refund, typically processed the same day.
Is this more or less expensive than using my insurance?
It depends on your insurance plan, deductible, and coverage. Sometimes bundled pricing is more cost-effective, especially if you have a high-deductible plan or prefer not to use insurance. We encourage you to compare and decide what’s best for your situation.
