Effective April 1, 2026, our Knightdale Injury Express Urgent Care clinic will close, and all Injury Express services will transition to our Wendell Falls location.

Expanded Orthopedic Urgent Care at Wendell Falls

This transition allows us to continue providing fast, specialized care for patients dealing with unexpected injuries. Our Wendell Falls Injury Express Urgent Care clinic will now serve patients from Knightdale and surrounding communities with convenient extended hours and walk-in access.

Beginning April 1, 2026, Wendell Falls Injury Express will be open:

Daily: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Patients can continue to visit Injury Express for walk-in orthopedic urgent care, including treatment for:

Sprains and strains
Fractures and minor dislocations
Sports-related injuries
Joint or muscle pain
Other non-life-threatening orthopedic injuries

No appointment is needed; simply walk in, and our orthopedic specialists will help you get the care you need quickly.
