COVID-19: JULY 18, 2022 MASK UPDATE

Effective July 18, 2022

Face coverings and masks will be optional for patients, providers, and employees of OrthoNC in all clinics, Injury Express Urgent Care clinics, and Physical Therapy locations. Our providers and staff with patient interaction will wear a mask if requested by the patient. Please note, masks are still required at OrthoNC’s ASC.

OrthoNC values the health and safety of our patients and staff. In accordance with CDC guidelines, OrthoNC is following best practices to provide you and our employees with a safe environment. Here is how we help protect you from COVID-19 and other illnesses:

• Increased hospital-grade cleaning and disinfection of all offices, waiting and exam room surfaces.
• All employees are following strict hand washing protocols.
• All employees will continue to practice physical distance when possible.
• We have introduced our OrthoNC app, which allows patients to check-in using their own device prior to their appointment to limit the amount of patient interaction during the check-in process. To download our app click here.

If you are showing symptoms of illness, including COVID-19, or if you have had direct exposure to someone with a known infection of COVID-19 within 14 days, please call (919)562-9410 to reschedule your appointment.
