Physician Assistant for Injury Express

Born and raised on Long Island, Jordan moved to Raleigh to pursue her undergraduate education at NC State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology followed by a Master of Science in Physiology. Inspired to expand her clinical experience and deepen her understanding of patient care, Jordan went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Elon University's School of Health Sciences. Following graduation, Jordan practiced primary care in Chapel Hill, where she built meaningful relationships with her patients while providing evidence-based care. Jordan's strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, combined with her interest in movement and function, has driven her to pursue a career in orthopedics. During her time at Elon, she completed an orthopedic clinical rotation at OrthoNC, where she developed a strong appreciation for the specialty and the opportunity to help patients return to the activities and lifestyles they enjoy. This experience confirmed her desire to pursue orthopedics as a full-time career, and she is so happy to be back at OrthoNC! Jordan is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed to practice in North Carolina. Outside of the clinic, Jordan lives in Raleigh with her husband and their two long-haired dachshunds. She enjoys sewing and traveling. She has visited 24 countries and is always looking forward to adding another to the list. On Saturdays, when she is not at the Injury Express, you can probably find her at Carter-Finley cheering on the Wolfpack or at the Lenovo Center cheering on the Hurricanes. And, of course, she has yet to meet a dog she doesn't love.
